Meet Justin our new team member

Justin Savage recently joined Skuld LLC as our Training and Development Manager.

Prior to joining Skuld, Justin served 23 years in the United States Marine Corps, retiring as a Master Sergeant. Throughout his military career, he held leadership and management positions focused on training and development, personnel leadership, logistics, operational readiness, and building high-performing teams.

At Skuld, his focus is on developing and improving employee training programs, establishing structured qualification and development pathways, strengthening cross-training opportunities, and helping build a skilled and adaptable workforce that supports the company’s continued growth.

Justin's educational and professional development background includes a degree in Project Management, an Associate of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, and a Master Instructor Certification from the University of North Carolina Wilmington (UNCW).

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children, cars and motorcycles, working with hands-on projects around the house, and continuing to learn more about manufacturing, metal casting, and workforce development.
